There are several different file types associated with each database. Always look for the following language: send to, export to citation manager, download to citation manager, etc. Most databases and journal websites have a function for selecting records and exporting to a citation manager. We suggest you save your EndNote library on your local hard drive. This will corrupt your library because of the way the cloud storage syncs with internet. Important: Do not save an EndNote library in a Cloud based storage such as iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive etc. Open Recent - for opening the most recent library that you opened/worked.
